Hosted by the UC Davis Chinese Program, Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, and America-China Talk (ACT), the Spring 26 End of Quarter celebrations were held June 4, 2026 at the UC Davis Conference Center.
Students' final projects of the first-year seminar Demystifying and Unlocking the Beauty of Chinese Characters (FRS 004–010, Winter 2026) is now in exhibit in the lobby of the International Center from May to September, 2026.
On Wednesday May 30th, the Chinese Drama Club will be performing *Forging for Fiction *弄真成假*: *a romantic comedy written by the 1940s female playwright Yang Jiang 杨绛. It tells the story of two families living in Shanghai, one wealthy and one poor, and their children's attempts to strike it rich and marry the people they love.
